West Chester Dental Group believes that we accomplish great things by working together with our patients. Our team makes your treatment in our practice easy by ensuring you are heard. From there, we can establish the precise path to accomplish the goals set forth. All the while, your doctor will make sure that you understand your dental condition and any proposed treatment. Our staff is well rounded in order to provide all the services you might need, all under one roof.
Dr. Sophia Thankaraj
Dr. Sophia Thankaraj graduated with her dental degree from India. She did her post-doctoral training in a general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH where she earned her certification in conscious sedation. She served as Chief Resident in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department at Miami Valley Hospital (MVH).
She is on Medical Staff at MVH where she holds a faculty position in the GRP Program. She works with Dental Residents to provide access to dental care for underserved and special needs patients in the community.
She is caring, gental, patient and passionate about providing quality dental care to her patients. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Dayton Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry.
In her free time, she enjoys time with her family and global humanitarian efforts.
